Phase one dismantling services is pioneering a new and sustainable method of residential demolition we call "ethical dismantling". We consciously take things apart. By reverse engineering the building process, materials are salvaged to be reused in a similar or in a completely new and creative manner. Bottom line very little ends up in landfill.
